On 22 April 2023, we are hosting the SATSA NATIONAL handgun / carbine competition.
You have to be a SATSA member, to take part in the competition.
Exciting stages, lots of steel stages, watch this space….

Western Province Hunter Field Target Championships
Outeniqua Airgun Club are proud to send a team of 14 competitors to Western Province Hunter Field Target Championships
Open class Male we have 10 competitors of which there is one Springer
Ladies Class we have 4 competitors of which there are 3 Juniors
Competition will spread over two days at Eenzaamheid farm near Paarl
Two courses of 40 targets will be shot to decide the
Open PCP Champ
Springer Champ
Ladies Champ
Junior Champ
WP Team will also be chosen to compete at Nationals 30 & 31 of March in PE
WHFTO World Championships 2018 – Czech Republic
The WHFTO World Championships 2018 will take place between 3rd and 5th August at the Baroque Chateau and Park, Choltice, Czech Republic.
Four intrepid local shooters form Team South Africa to compete at the championships; they are Brett Bothwell (who will be shooting in the springer class)
Michael Olivier, Zelda Bothwell, Jan Van Der Vyver (who will be shooting in the open PCP class)
Bon Voyage & Bon chance Team South Africa.

We have, against all odds, not just acquired SABS/NRCS last year, but pushed ahead and this year we have acquired our
SAPD/SAPS 524(a) ACCREDITATION for George Sport Shooting Club
We have an absolute awesome 2018 Committee with huge commitment to improve all aspects of George Sport Shooting Club.

GSSC Airgunners road trip to PEARC
George Sport Shooting Club Airgunners took a road trip to Port Elizabeth Air Rifle Club.

PEARC have an awesome venue, with refreshments and food sponsored by Quality Express Couriers.
GSSC Airgunner took overall Team competition with a 2% winning Margin.
All our shooters did very well, but Marissa de Jager not only won the Juniors class, but ended with the overall top score of the day.
Very very well done to her.
